Buyers must read and COMPREHEND ALL terms and conditions before bidding. When registering, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions. Any errors made in picturing or describing items do NOT negate the buyer’s responsibility to pay for their purchases. We will make every attempt possible to correct these errors before each lot hits the Auction Block. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure each item meets his or her needs and requirements before placing any bids. Check back often for updates.

All onsite purchases must be paid in full on sale day unless other arrangements have been made with the auction house. All online purchases must be paid by 5:00 pm Monday, May 6th. Any purchases not paid in full within the time frame above will have the maximum daily penalty assessed. McGrew Equipment Company accepts cash, bank wire transfers (all bank wire fees will be paid by the buyer, $20 Fee for all U.S and $35 for international wires) or check/company check.

Saturday, May 4th, we will load out as late as needed. Monday, May 6th through Wednesday, May 8th we will load out from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. All purchases must be removed by 3:00 pm Wednesday, May 8th, unless other arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.

McGrew Equipment Company & its affiliates now charge state sales tax on sales made into most states. Any sales into these states that qualify for farming use or resale will be considered non-taxable once a proper sales tax exemption form for the taxing state is provided. If you receive an invoice from us and you are sales tax exempt in your state, please provide us with a completed sales tax exemption form for resale or agricultural purposes, and we will remove sales tax. If you need assistance finding the correct form to fill out, please contact us and we will send you a copy.
