Statements that are designated Per Consignor have not necessarily been corroborated by employees of McGrew Equipment Company. All purchases must be paid for in 5 business days by Cash (In House Only), Bank Wire Transfers, or Check/Company Check accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee. All Bank wire fees will be paid by buyer ($20 Fee for all U.S and $35 for international Wires) All purchases not paid in full within 5 days will be charged 1.5% interest per Month. McGrew Equipment charges a 10% buyers premium with a $500 cap per item. There is also a 2% provider fee for online bidders.

McGrew Equipment Company & its affiliates now charge state sales tax on sales made into most states. Any sales into these states that qualify for farming use or resale will be considered non-taxable once a proper sales tax exemption form for the taxing state is provided. If you receive an invoice from us and you are sales tax exempt in your state, please provide us with a completed sales tax exemption form for resale or agricultural purposes, and we will remove sales tax. If you need assistance finding the correct form to fill out, please contact us and we will send you a copy. As of May 1, 2023, McGrew Equipment Company no longer handles or transfers titles for auctioned vehicles, trailers, etc. Instead, all titles will be available at Miller Hanover Insurance’s Hanover tag and title office no earlier than noon on the Wednesday following the auction. Miller Hanover is located at 334 High Street, Hanover, Pennsylvania 17331. Their hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm and their phone number is (717) 637-9265. If you would like the item titled in Pennsylvania, the requirements are as follows: copy of paid invoice from McGrew Equipment Company (if paid by check, title will not be available for 7 days), current PA-issued driver’s license or photo ID, current insurance card (for any vehicle on policy that purchase will be insured under), title fees of $58, payment of 6% PA Sales tax. If you would like the item titled outside of Pennsylvania, Miller Hanover will issue a 60-day transfer tag, the requirements are as follows: copy of paid invoice from McGrew Equipment Company (if paid by check, title will not be available for 7 days), current driver’s license, current insurance card (for any vehicle on policy that purchase will be insured under), title fee of $75.
