McGrew Equipment Company does not test the functionality of small items consigned into our auctions. All “small lots” sell AS-IS with no guarantee of condition or functionality. This includes but is not limited to tools, appliances, electronics, lawn & garden implements, and watercraft. If the consignor provides a statement about an item, we will include that in the description with the words Per Consignor. Statements that are designated Per Consignor have not necessarily been corroborated by employees of McGrew Equipment Company. If you intend to bid on small items in our auction, we strongly encourage you to inspect them in person.

All purchases must be paid for in 5 business days by Cash (In House Only), Bank Wire Transfers, or Check/Company Check accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee. All Bank wire fees will be paid by buyer ($20 Fee for all U.S and $35 for international Wires) All purchases not paid in full within 5 days will be charged 1.5% interest per Month. McGrew Equipment charges a 10% buyers premium with a $500 cap per item. There is also a 2% provider fee for online bidders.

Any sales into these states that qualify for farming use or resale will be considered non-taxable once a proper sales tax exemption form for the taxing state is provided. If you receive an invoice from us and you are sales tax exempt in your state, please provide us with a completed sales tax exemption form for resale or agricultural purposes, and we will remove sales tax.
